This role requires a hands-on leader with deep technical knowledge of injection molding processes and machinery. --- ### *Key Responsibilities:* * Oversee day-to-day production activities on the injection molding shop floor. * Plan and execute production schedules to meet customer requirements. * Monitor machine performance and ensure optimal usage and uptime. * Lead a team of operators and technicians, ensuring adherence to SOPs. * Ensure quality standards are met and work closely with the QC team. * Troubleshoot molding issues and make process improvements to increase efficiency. * Maintain proper documentation and production records. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. * Coordinate with maintenance and tooling teams to minimize downtime. --- ### *Requirements:* * Minimum 5 years of experience in injection molding production management. * Strong technical knowledge of plastic molding machines and processes. * Proven leadership and team management skills. * Ability to analyze and solve production problems independently. * Familiar with ISO standards, safety norms, and quality practices. * Proficient in MS Office and production software. * Male candidates preferred for this role.
